| Ben Johnson is our Service Writer. He has been with CCHD for 7 years, with over 10 years in the motorcycle industry. Ben is PHD certified and a Master of Technology. |
| Kelly Kales has been in the service industry for over 15 years. He worked at CCHD from 2003 until transferring to BHHD when it opened in February 2009. We're glad to have him back at CCHD. Kelly is a Master of Technology and Buell, V-Rod, and Screamin' Eagle Super Tuner certified. |
| John "JD" Dixon has been with CCHD for 8 years and has 16 years' experience with motorcycles. He is PHD certified and is a Master of Technology. Don't let the ink scare you...his in-depth knowledge about Harley motorcycles makes him one of CCHD's finest! |
| Ali Cray came over from New River and has been an asset here ever since. You can find Ali at the service desk helping customers, or in the back cleaning the bikes, pulling parts, and assisting the technicians. Ali is our all-around guy! |
| Chris Dodds is an MMI graduate and PHD certified. He is working his way to becoming an Expert Technician and hopes to one day be a Master Technician. |
